Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Grounds Crew members. As a Grounds Crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the landscape of our location. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge and experience in lawn care, tree care, and landscape maintenance. Duties: - Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns - Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks - Irrigate gardens and lawns to ensure proper hydration for plants - Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas - Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas Qualifications: - Previous experience in lawn care, tree care, or landscape maintenance is preferred - Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth within the company - Training provided for new hires - Positive work environment with a supportive team If you have a passion for landscaping and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply for the Grounds Crew position.
